Sharon's passion is ensuring operational excellence. She has worked as a senior executive of health plans, employers and unions assessing opportunities for improving health insurance benefit design, contracting and pricing strategies, performance improvement (including HEDIS), the analysis and design of cost containment options, and contracting and pricing strategies.
She has helped create ACOs, risk agreements, the development and evaluation of health care delivery and reimbursement systems, health care compliance programs, health care reform options and health care data analysis.
