She is a seasoned strategist, business development, and customer growth leader that delivers new users and helps maintain their engagement. She works with digital health, fitness and wellness companies to scale within the crowded healthcare landscape. Michele is known for crafting impactful product marketing copy, taking complex ideas and creating concise messaging for both internal teams and external customers.
In many of her roles Michele has built commercialization from the ground-up; Often bringing in the first sales, establishing GTM operating systems, hiring high performance teams, creating playbooks, expanding new sales channels and developing storylines. She has expertise in scaling existing and first-to-market solutions.
Along with strong roots in direct-to-consumer membership sales she has closed strategic partnerships within a variety of B2B channels including self-funded employers, brokers/consultants, digital wellness platforms, aggregators, providers, marketplaces and relevant trade associations.
Michele holds a degree in marketing and communications from Rutgers College and recently completed her certification from the University of London: Brand Management - Aligning Business, Brand & Behavior.
In addition to her business expertise, Michele received her National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching after having completed her coursework at the Duke School of Medicine. She coaches executives and high stress/high performance teams to develop healthy "lifestyle and leadership" strategies.
