 Her work spans insurance (adjacent to healthcare), financial services, and education technology, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory, operational, and user experience challenges that healthcare organizations face when implementing AI at scale.

In her current role at PEAK6, a financial services organization, Yuying built a proprietary GenAI platform achieving 87% adoption across all companies and usage doubling every quarter, with first-year savings exceeding $6M. Most critically for healthcare applications, she established comprehensive AI risk and governance frameworks addressing shifting regulatory landscapes, created AI policy and compliance processes, and managed approved AI communications - all essential capabilities for healthcare AI transformation.
