In 2005, Hilary Harris founded ExecConnect, a talent acquisition firm that is rooted in the understanding that a company grows best when the team is well-vetted, appropriately placed and happy in their role. Hilary's tenacity, insight, and dedication make her a driving force in shaping successful organizations by connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. 

She works closely with CEOs, executive teams, and hiring managers to design and own the often tedious recruitment process. Hilary is a hands-on, full-lifecycle talent acquisition specialist with a profound understanding and appreciation for the unique needs of people and the companies who hire them. 

Prior to founding ExecConnect Hilary had a successful sales and marketing career including her involvement with cutting-edge, innovative products. like Echelon where she also gained experience navigating the intricate landscape of a pre- and post-IPO environment. She has worked extensively with Silicon Valley start-ups, as well as more mature organizations and has expertise in how to hire for various stage companies. 

Hilary joined Grow Healthcare because of her passion for healthcare. She is a graduate of Stanford University, where she earned her degree in Human Biology. She is always ready to make meaningful connections and assist people in finding their dream job while helping companies grow their businesses from the inside out – with the right organizational structure and high performing teams.
